🏇 Race Intro
We’re in the home stretch of completing the Race Intro feature, a huge enhancement that’s set to change the start of every race.
As we put the finishing touches on this feature, our focus has been on ensuring that every technical detail works well: from visual quality to timing. This finalization phase involved testing and adjustments to guarantee that the Race Intro runs smoothly and integrates well with the races.
We’re particularly excited about the dynamic transitions that our game design team crafted, which shows the panoramic views of the Hippodrome from all angles and the up-close shots of the horses and jockeys, capturing every nuance of the pre-race moments.
🤝 Partnership with SPACE ID
We’re proud to announce our partnership with SPACE ID and a seamless integration of SPACE ID’s Web3 Name SDK.
This integration allows players to bring their .eth, .bnb, and .arb digital identities into the DeRace metaverse, simplifying the login process and race participation, which is a game-changer for user accessibility and convenience.
Space ID integration into the DeRace metaverse is a step towards enhancing player onboarding. It’s specifically tailored to cater to the growing Web3 community, making DeRace more accessible and user-friendly.
👥 Teams/clubs
A new development this week is the beginning of the creation of the Jockey Silks generator for teams.
This tool is set for building team identity in the DeRace metaverse. It allows the creation and personalization of Jockey Silks. Which then provides teams with the opportunity to stand out and showcase their identity in the races, adding a new layer of strategy and branding.
This addition not only enhances the visual appeal of the game but also deepens the sense of community and belonging among players. As teams create and display their unique uniforms, we anticipate a more vibrant and colorful racing environment, further enriching the DeRace experience.

The much-anticipated Tournaments feature is now live, bringing a new competitive edge to the DeRace metaverse.
The introduction of tournaments is a significant expansion of our gameplay, offering a new level of competition and excitement. The automation aspect ensures a smooth and seamless tournament experience, allowing players to enjoy the races even more. This feature is expected to bring a new dynamic to the DeRace community, fostering heightened competition and community engagement.
