It’s official: Free Trial Mode is launching in August!
Following the finalization of the Free Trial Mode last week, we are now integrating a rewards system for new users who complete the walkthrough. This enhancement aims to provide a more engaging experience for newcomers, encouraging them to explore and learn about zkRace while earning rewards.

We are currently testing the compatibility of Jockey NFTs with newly introduced in-game features.
This testing phase ensures that Jockey NFTs work seamlessly with our recent releases such as tournaments, and custom races. It is crucial to verify that all interactions involving Jockey NFTs function correctly and enhance the overall gaming experience.

🥇 Leaderboards
We have updated the leaderboards by adding a timer to all categories, allowing players to track when the leaderboard resets. This new addition helps players to stay ahead of the competition, with the leaderboard resetting on the 1st of every month at 12 AM UTC.
ICYMI, every month, we reward the top three Race Veterans — horses that raced the most that month — and the fastest racer who beats an all-time record on specific tracks and distances.
This update is set to enhance the overall player experience, encouraging consistent participation and competition. By providing clear and accessible information about leaderboard resets, we help players strategize and maintain their rankings.
🍬 Sugar Cubes
Another Sugar Cubes utility expansion is on the way!
This week, we’ve been creating the logic for a new utility of Sugar Cubes. This feature aims to expand the functionality and value of Sugar Cubes within the zkRace ecosystem, providing players with more ways to use and benefit from them.
zkRace dev team have been developing new backend logic to support additional uses for Sugar Cubes, ensuring that they integrate seamlessly with existing game mechanics.
