🎮 Free Trial Mode
We conducted the final closed community test of Free Trial Mode, focusing on gathering last-minute feedback and fine-tuning the feature.
This phase was crucial for validating the onboarding process and making any necessary adjustments before the full launch. The successful completion of this test marks a key milestone in expanding the zkRace community by offering a welcoming and rewarding introduction to the game.

🐴 Ancestry Rewards
This week, we tested the Ancestry Rewards payout system to ensure smooth back-end operations. Our dev team validated the calculations for reward distribution, based on horse ancestry and breeding activities, to confirm accurate and fair allocation of rewards. The goal was to ensure the system correctly incentivizes long-term player engagement.
With successful backend tests, we are now planning to design a user-friendly interface for the Ancestry Rewards, making it easy for players to track and understand their earnings from breeding activities.
🤖 Speed Racer Bot by Graham
We are excited to introduce you to “Speed Racer,” an automated racing bot developed by zkRace community builder Graham.
This tool is designed to automate horse racing, making it more efficient and strategic for players. Currently, the bot is free for all Gen 0 horses indefinitely and for Gen 1 horses until the end of August. Players can use Speed Racer to set up automated races, choose specific race types, and customize as they wish. This tool empowers players to optimize their racing strategies automatically.

This week, zkRace devs have updated the Race Control Panel to manage race generation more effectively based on player demand. This new update lets us set specific percentages for different race types, like equipped races, worst time races, and best time races. It also ensures a balanced variety of races, keeping the game engaging.
