🌱 Turf hippodrome ready for the test run
DeRace word is getting bigger and bigger! Our game design team has finished building the most anticipated expansion of the ecosystem — our third hippodrome.
The new hippodrome has the longest track in the whole DeRace metaverse — whopping 16 furlongs! Also, it is the only hippodrome with a turf surface. Our newest hippodrome is a breath of fresh air in a concrete jungle oasis — the track is surrounded by skyscrapers and a romantic park🪴
Fun weekend is guaranteed for the DeRace team! The hippodrome is already in the test-net environment and our team is going to test it throughout the weekend!
🔥 DeRace Revamp: Scaling, Performance & Layer 2 solution
For the past few months our team has been focusing on finding the best solution to the network issues and scaling possibilities. We have finalized the technical plan of DeRace V2 — the upgraded version of the game.
DeRace V2 means that our ecosystem is getting a massive revamp which will improve its performance, create limitless scaling opportunities and build a base for Layer 2 solution.
After a lot of discussions and tests we have decided to take the very first steps into building Layer 2 cross-chain solution to optimize our ecosystem and to create enormous ecosystem scaling opportunities. The solution went beyond DeRace: it will solve the majority blockchain gaming issues in the GameFi market in general.
This solution will enhance our ecosystem on 3 levels: it will dramatically improve user experience on the platform, will pave the way for faster game development and will also increase DeRace’s scalability.
DeRace V2 will bring forward:
