What a productive week we had: our team has integrated the DeRace Efficiency Protocol together with other platform upgrades to improve player experience, sat the NFT Jockeys on the horses, named our newest hippodrome and worked hard on bringing it to life.

This week we have integrated a full-scale Efficiency Protocol into our ecosystem and the results speak for themselves:
Integration of the DeRace Efficiency Protocol makes our platform more streamlined, effective and player-friendly.
Players can now enjoy EXTREMELY FAST in-game interactions independent from the network status. Instantaneous transactions, smoother than ever performance and no more gas fees are just a few of the benefits players can experience within the game.
The new in-game wallet feature which makes it all possible is especially easy to use: with just a few clicks players can deposit and withdraw their NFT assets & $DERC tokens and it’s smooth sailing from there on. In-game features such as registering for races, prize distribution, breeding and renting NFT horses are instant, efficient and work impeccably.
The DeRace Efficiency Protocol is the first step into the GameFi revolution! It allows us to easily integrate tons of new features which will completely revamp the DeRace ecosystem.
These features will fully enable our sustainable player earning model and are already available in test-net. Players will be able to fully immerse themselves into the upgraded gameplay, have fun and be rewarded for it through a brand new in-game reward system.

🏆 Additional platform upgrades
Together with the DeRace Efficiency Protocol we have also integrated a number of UI/UX solutions which enhance player experience on the platform even more!
We have created a separate Breeding window, where players can see all the NFT horses available for breeding along with the rent prices. They can easily filter rentable horses according to the price, breed or tier.
We are also preparing for the upcoming launch of our new in-game features such as NFT horse equipment, horse levels, achievements, missions and others. We have already included additional UI required for these features to function well in our ecosystem, can you spot them? 👀
🏁 NFT Jockeys: race ready

DeRace NFT Jockeys are already sitting on the horses and cannot wait to race 🤩
We have already created the basic racing animations for the NFT Jockeys and are currently working on polishing and making them even more realistic! Jockey position while racing will also change to mirror the real-life Jockeys.
This week we have also begun designing the NFT Jockey silks and our game designers are currently choosing the perfect patterns and colours to make each Jockey stand out in the race.

🌸 Updates on Sakura Path hippodrome
Together with our community we have named our upcoming hippodrome. Congratulations to NobadyLocal for suggesting the name Sakura Path. This name perfectly embodies the ambience of our upcoming hippodrome as players will be racing surrounded by cherry blossom trees!
The fully functioning hippodrome model is coming together step-by-step: this week our game design team has built the environment surrounding the hippodrome area and are now focusing on designing all of the other details such as the grandstand, surrounding temples and the pond garden inside the hippodrome ring.
