🌸 Sakura Path hippodrome
Only a few more weeks left until the launch of our brand new hippodrome! 🎉
Our Sakura Path racecourse is in full bloom, as we are finalising the hippodrome environment. All the additional hippodrome elements such as billboards, starting gates and other small structures are already completed and will be integrated into the environment next week.
All the buildings and other elements are custom made for the Sakura Path hippodrome by our game design team to make our upcoming hippodrome as authentic and special as possible!
Get ready to race your champion NFT horses among the blooming cherry trees! 🌸
🏇 NFT Jockeys in 3D
This week we have launched the NFT Jockey viewer and they look even better in 3D!
Players will be able to easily inspect their NFT Jockey’s looks and even get a close up look of their silks.
In the near future, racing team managers will get to design custom silks for their team members to represent the team during the upcoming racing events. Through the Jockey’s profile, players will be able to easily switch between their original silks and their team silks.
Our 3D viewer will also allow players to inspect the team silks once the default apparel is changed. Exciting times await ahead! 🥳
🏆 Tournaments
Massive DeRace tournaments are on the horizon!
This week the DeRace team has finalised the underlying logic as well as the complete structure of the upcoming tournaments which will elevate the gameplay to the next level.
For the last two weeks we have been collaborating together with horse racing experts, DERCArmy and other community members to design the ultimate tournament mechanics!
The hippodrome managers will get to customize the tournament by choosing the participants, number of stages, prize pool and even its distribution among the winners!🤩 Tournament participants will have to climb to the top of the leaderboard to get a piece of that delicious prize!

👩🎨 Platform Design Revamp
Get ready for a FULL SCALE DeRace platform upgrade!
Not only we are introducing tons of new in-game features that will completely overhaul our gameplay by introducing new ways to earn rewards but we are also refurbishing the way our platform looks 😍

🏟 Hippodrome management system (HMS) accomplishments
We are rapidly moving forward with designing the next-generation hippodrome management console!
This week we have already completed a custom race creation mechanism which will allow the hippodrome managers to create specific one-off races with a massive prize pool. We have also finished the mechanics for invite-only races which will later on be also integrated into the tournament flow.
Next week will be fully dedicated to bringing the tournaments to live, so stay tuned for the reveal of in-depth tournament mechanics!😉
