🔬 New DeRace features ready for testing!
This week we have crossed all the t’s and dotted all the i’s for our latest test-net version of the DeRace platform.
We are getting everything ready for testing the first batch of brand new DeRace features 🤩
The chosen few will get to trial and experience all of the upcoming in-game features features firsthand, such as:
- Initial player activity rewards
- Fully functioning Sugar Cube (in-game reward unit) mechanism
- Missions and achievements
- NFT Chests & NFT Keys
- Horse XP & level system
- NFT burning mechanism
- NFT horse wearables
- Races with a generic NFT Jockeys
All the features released in the first MASSIVE batch shapes DeRace gameplay by making it more immersive, enjoyable and rewarding for the players. This revamp also launches our never-before seen sustainable player mechanics which rewards players not only for winning the races but for their general activity in the DeRace metaverse.

🏇 NFT Jockeys in motion
DeRace NFT Jockeys are showing off their victory moves! 🏆
This week our game design team has completed the victory animations of the NFT Jockeys and they look simply fantastic.
DeRace Jockeys are now waving to the spectators and celebrating their success on the racetrack. The brand new victory animations brings more attention to the Jockeys themselves and also offers better synchronicity with their NFT horse.
You can now join the Jockeys in their celebration after winning the race! Woohoo! 🥳
🏁 NFT horse missions
DeRace NFT horses report for their first tasks as the mission feature is live on the test-net!
With the launch of our first massive feature batch, players get to experience our brand new P2E model which rewards the players for their in-game activity with the Sugar Cubes — the fundamental in-game reward unit). And at the very center of this model stands NFT horse mission feature.
Simply by completing daily, weekly and monthly missions DeRace players collect the Sugar Cubes and experience points (XP). You can check the example missions below 👇
Players can simply exchange the collected Sugar Cubes into the NFT Chests and NFT Keys to unlock the horse wearable items which expands the gameplay opportunities within the DeRace metaverse. The XP points, on the other hand, help the NFT horses to level up: the higher the horse level — the better items he can use to equip his horse.
Through the interactions of Sugar Cubes, XP, horse levels, NFT Chests, NFT Keys and horse equipment NFTs players can fully immerse themselves into the DeRace gameplay: have fun and be rewarded at the same time.

🏟 Sakura Path hippodrome is live!
The time has come! One of our most beautiful hippodromes <in my opinion> is already live in the test-net!!! 🥳
Our second hippodrome with the turf surface, Sakura Path, sports an 8 furlong racetrack and is characterized by blooming cherry trees. Our vision of making this hippodrome something special has come true!✨
DeRace game designers have made the Sakura Path hippodrome lighting into an art form: sky is full of scattered clouds and just like in the real life, vest side of the hippodrome is still covered with a shadow of the night while on the east, the sun is rising just behind the mountains.
All in all, players can really experience a peaceful ambience with a little bit of competitive streak while racing in this hippodrome.
