🥕 NFT horse wearables are ready to go
The complete set of NFT horse equipment is finalized and already available in the DeRace test-net.
Say goodbye to hilarious and maybe a little weird horse wearable names from the closed testing such as Double Blinkers of Flying Pink Trout or Other Lead of Multi-millionare Violet Armadillo. Yes, they were real names of the items during the private new feature testing🤣🤣🤣
Along with the updated wearable names we have also finalized a brand new color palette and textures for the equipment. The new items look more realistic and complement our NFT horses much better than before!

🛠 Improving the new game features
Until the first massive feature launch DeRace game developers are mainly focused going over the reports and the suggestions shared by the closed testing participants.
There’s lots of feedback to take into consideration and we’re going over it meticulously. Our devs have sorted the feedback into the “Essential” improvements and “Nice to have” fixes. First we will go over solving the main issues and improving the critical features and later on we will move towards implementing the additional upgrades suggested.
This week our developers fixed most of the issues related to the mission’s feature such as instant mission assignment for newly bred horses, immediate XP and Sugar Cubes distribution upon completion, specific mission improvements and others.
Step-by-step we are improving our new game version and getting it ready for a successful launch 👨💻
🧮 Revisiting game economics
We had many suggestions from the closed testing participants related to our in-game economics which are launching together with the first massive feature release.
We are revisiting the XP, Sugar Cube, Chest & Key exchange, horse level & other related feature calculations to ensure the sustainable and fully functioning game ecoystem.
It is very important to perfectly fine tune the game economics as it is going to complement the exponential player growth with the introduction of the guilds into the DeRace. The sustainable and well-tested game economy will be extremely advantageous to both the DeRace old-timers as well as the new players and guilds.
🏟 New hippodrome mechanics integration
Our brand new turf hippodrome looks simply amazing in the test-net!🤩
This week we have received the final version of our upcoming turf hippodrome and it’s already on the test-net. Currently we are tinkering with its mechanics and deciding which exact furlong races will be available on this specific hippodrome. We should have all of it finalized in the upcoming week.
As the turf hippodrome is finalized, our game designers can now focus on the next one. Can you guess what environment it’s going to be featured in it? 👀
