One more busy week has passed us by. DeRace has certainly made a splash with its latest KuCoin listing and a number of new partnerships that have been announced throughout this week.
Our team has made huge advances on the development side too: finalized the hippodrome concept, upgraded the mission feature, started integrating new in-game NFT contracts into the platform and continued on improving new features according to the testers’ feedback.

🏟 5th hippodrome concept finalized
Step-by-step the newest DeRace hippodrome is taking the shape!
This week our game designers have finalized the concept for our 5th hippodrome and it looks simply AMAZING! Snowy ground, pine trees and long nights — a real winter wonderland in DeRace metaverse ☃️
Next week we are going to expand the environment to create beautiful surroundings for the new hippodrome. Our game designers will also begin working on the separate 3D hippodrome elements and place them within a working hippodrome model.

🏇 Upgraded missions’ feature
Is your NFT horse ready to complete challenges and earn rewards for it?
DeRace mission feature is getting additional visual upgrades to make it easier trackable for the players. We have listened to the tester feedback and included additional missions’ tracking to the horse select page during race registration.

To increase accessibility, missions are showing up when players are selecting the horses for the race. Now players won’t miss out on earning the Sugar Cubes by completing all the missions. The delicious DeRace rewards are just a step away 😋
🧩 Integrating new in-game NFT contracts
We are moving closer and closer to the 1st feature batch launch 🏃♂️
This week we have integrated the new in-game asset contracts into the DeRace platform for NFT Chest, Keys & horse equipment.
It supports NFTs within the platform by allowing players to deploy the assets into their in-game wallet and to withdraw it back. Players can earn Chests and Keys within the game, unlock them to discover horse wearables inside and either to use them to equip their horses, burn or withdraw and sell them on the secondary marketplace to other players.
So prepare for the expanded gameplay which is coming with the 1st feature batch launch!
🔬 New feature closed testing
A number of players get to test the upgraded features that are about to launch!
We have improved the 1st batch features according to the suggestions from the first closed testing. And now it is time to retest it again!
Since the beginning of this week we have launched a Part 2 of our private testing to get the feedback and add final touches to our new features. We already have received many suggestions from the testers and are simultaneously working on implementing them to successfully launch the 1st batch. Giddy up and get ready to explore the new gameplay!🏇
