Another busy week has passed by in a blur and now it’s time for the brand new DeRace development update.

🐎 Horse renting
Step-by-step, we are coming closer to the release of the much-anticipated horse rental feature.
Our developers have been putting in extra efforts to further test and refine the upcoming horse rental feature for DeRace. We are committed to providing our players with the best possible user experience when it comes to renting out horses.
To that end, we have included various filters that will allow players to sort through all the horses available for rent and quickly find the ones that best fit their needs. We are also working on optimizing the horse rental UI to ensure that the process is smooth and seamless, from start to finish. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to the launch of this exciting new feature.
🛠 Database query optimisation
This week, our DeRace developers have been focused on optimizing our database queries to improve the performance of our platform. By fine-tuning our database queries, we’re able to speed up the loading times and improve overall platform performance.
This means a smoother and more enjoyable experience for our players, with faster load times and more seamless gameplay. We understand that a fast and responsive platform is crucial for our users, and we are committed to making ongoing improvements to ensure that our players have the best experience possible.
🛍 In-game marketplace
Our team has been hard at work building the in-game marketplace, and we’re excited to announce that we’ve made significant progress. Currently we are building the base logic, which will make it easy and intuitive for players to buy, sell, and trade in-game NFT assets with one another.
This new feature will allow players to smoothly and safely trade horses, equipment, and other NFTs within the game, without the need to withdraw them from their in-game wallet. Once acquired, assets can be used immediately, making the DeRace experience more seamless and enjoyable for everyone.
🏰 Hippodrome updates
Little by little our newest hippodrome is taking shape!🤩
Our game designers have been meticulously crafting the 3D elements and placing them in their correct positions within the hippodrome. The starting gates are currently being brought to life and fine-tuned according to our community’s preferences.
Once the major elements are completed, our team will focus on enhancing the surroundings, the environment, lighting, and other crucial aspects to create an immersive and authentic hippodrome for our players to enjoy racing their horses in. Stay tuned for more updates!
