Amazing news for all the stable owners: NFT horse breeding became even more optimized!
This week we have improved the stability of the breeding mechanism to perfect the tracking of new breeding events on the system. In addition to this we have also implemented a quick periodic check of recent events, to sync up what is written on the blockchain with what we have in our database.
Our newest update reinforces the automation of the breeding process among various other enhancements. This will improve stability and speed of the breeding mechanism and will ensure smoother return of the NFT horses from the breeding contract back to the wallets of the owners.

1 $DERC Mondays bring even more fun and excitement into the DeRace metaverse!
Our very first 1 $DERC Monday was the ultimate success among the DeRace community and we can’t wait until the next Monday rolls around 🤩
This week during the 1 $DERC Monday event the community completely filled out almost 300 races and more than 510 NFT horses got to test their performance on the different race tracks. It’s the perfect time for all the new-joiners to race their horses and to figure out which surface & distance their horse prefers the most.
With the upcoming release of the new hippodrome, increased NFT horse breeding volumes and launch of other in-game features, 1 $DERC Monday will certainly become one of the most favorite events in the DeRace metaverse!

🏁 Ready. Set. Race!
Prepare your horses for new race functionalities, it will be a wild ride!
Races with entry requirements are already live on the DeRace test-net and going through the final testing stages right now! You will be able to enjoy dedicated races to the different tier NFT horses shortly.
Exclusive races for the top tiers will have higher entry fees but the rewards will also be HUGE! Not only will we have dedicated races for top tiers but also races for all the participants too, so you can show off your horse’s performance to your competitors.
Each race is dedicated to specific horse tiers or open for all to race. For example Beta+ entry requirement means that only Beta and higher tier horses (Olympian, Demi-god and Alfa) can participate in the race. You can easily filter through the races to find the ones dedicated to your horse’s tier.
So, get your champions ready for the upcoming tier races: the higher the tier, the higher the stakes!
🌾 Hippodrome with the turf surface
This week we have finished our third hippodrome and integrated it into our test-net environment. We are already racing in it and you will be able to race soon too!
We have created a longer track to bring our races closer to real life horse racing events. Players will be able to spot other minor optimisations and improvements in the graphics with the newest turf-surface hippodrome version.
In addition to that, we are starting the work on the new roadmap features, so keep your eyes open 😉
