May has been an exciting month for zkRace, packed with significant updates and improvements. Here’s a detailed look at what we’ve accomplished and what’s coming next.
$DERC to $ZERC Swap
We finally said goodbye to $DERC and introduced the $ZERC token. Our dev team has been hard at work, testing, fixing, and ultimately releasing the swap page on zkrace.com. This swap is a significant milestone for zkRace, as it rebrands our token and aligns it with our vision of going from single-game to a vast Web3 infrastructure, while keeping the same token supply.
Our development team conducted rigorous testing of the swap functionality, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly and users receive the correct amount of $ZERC tokens in exchange for their $DERC on a 1:1 ratio. The focus has also been on optimizing the performance of the swap interface, ensuring it can handle high volumes of transactions smoothly.
The swap process was designed to ensure a seamless transition for our users. We are also paying close attention to any issues users may face during the swap and are addressing them promptly.

$ZERC Staking
As $ZERC went live, we also released a new $ZERC single-sided staking farm on our platform, which works similarly to the old $DERC farm.
The $ZERC single-sided staking farm (Polygon network) on zkrace.com works much like the previous $DERC farm, with the score calculation remaining the same. Although scores from the old $DERC staking farm did not carry over to the new $ZERC farm, they are still linked to the user’s wallet address. Users can claim their Liquid Love NFT rewards based on their previous scores, with a snapshot taken on May 15 to record these scores.

Significant strides have been made in our partnerships this month, enhancing security and accessibility for our users.
Integrating Lossless Aegis Solution to Enhance Token Security
With the transition from $DERC to $ZERC, we have upgraded our security measures by integrating the advanced Lossless Aegis solution. This state-of-the-art system continuously monitors token contracts for any suspicious activities, allows for preemptive actions against potential exploits, and ensures comprehensive security across the board.
Integrated Coin98 Wallet for Enhanced Platform Accessibility
We’ve integrated the Coin98 wallet into the zkRace ecosystem to improve platform accessibility. This addition allows players to connect with Coin98 wallets, making it easier to jump straight into action on our platform.
Partnered with ChainPort for Secure $ZERC Cross-Chain Bridging
In conjunction with the $ZERC launch, we have released a $ZERC bridge on ChainPort to provide secure cross-chain bridging. This enables $ZERC to be bridged seamlessly among Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Polygon, with additional chains to be integrated in the future. This functionality significantly enhances $ZERC’s liquidity and accessibility, providing more opportunities for users to trade, stake, and utilize the token across different platforms.
Integrating Transak Fiat-to-$ZERC Widget for Easier Token Purchase
We have partnered with Transak to integrate the Transak Fiat to $ZERC widget, allowing users to purchase $ZERC directly with fiat currencies. This integration simplifies the process and lowers the barrier to entry, making zkRace accessible to a wider range of users, including those from non-crypto backgrounds.
Next month, we’ll have more partnerships to expand our ecosystem, and continue to refine the user experience across the platform.
Enhancing Existing Features
We’ve also been working on enhancing existing features to improve user experience and engagement. One of our key initiatives is developing back-end logic that will enable the combination of different lengths and surfaces in the same tournament.
This addition is set to bring more variety and flexibility to the tournaments, allowing for more unique and diverse event formats. The ability to combine different lengths and surfaces within a single tournament opens up new possibilities for players and event organizers.
Additionally, we are crafting the preliminary infrastructure for Leaderboards enhancement, focusing on integrating prizes and rewards to add more excitement to this feature. The aim is to create a structure where players can compete for rewards, making the Leaderboards more appealing and motivating.
Looking ahead, we’re looking forward to finalizing and releasing these updates, as well as getting back to enhancing the equipment races with additional rewards.
Referral Program
Currently our dev team is working on a new Referral Program that will allow users to refer friends to zkRace and earn $ZERC.
We’ve been hard at work building the infrastructure for this program, focusing on generating and tracking unique referral codes to ensure that each user’s referrals are accurately recorded. We’re also committed to creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface to make the referral process as simple and engaging as possible.
