2022 definitely has been a wild ride for the DeRace team and community! With the start of the New Year it’s the perfect time to take a step back to remember our major accomplishments in 2022.
🏇 Expanded gameplay
Since the initial game launch at the end of last year, we have improved our ecosystem by introducing a MASSIVE number of new features which increased the player engagement and completely revamped the gameplay.
Together with the races, we have integrated horse breeding and renting features, horse leveling & XP system, missions, achievements, tournaments, races with equipment and so much more! And all that accomplished only during 2022!🤯
🎮 Unrivaled gaming experience
With the launch of DeRace Efficiency Protocol, we have dramatically improved the player experience by making our platform more streamlined, efficient and player-friendly.
Players can now enjoy FAST in-game interactions independent from the network status. Instantaneous transactions, smoother than ever performance and no more gas fees within the game are just a few of the benefits players can experience after the integration of DeRace Efficiency Protocol.
DeRace Efficiency Protocol brought an unrivaled gaming experience to our players and kicked-off our vision of creating a dedicated cross-chain solution for our NFT horse racing metaverse.
🏁 Augmented DeRace ecosystem
Among all these accomplishments, throughout 2022 we have also expanded the DeRace metaverse by releasing 4 hippodromes: Emerald Gardens, Paradise Hills, Sakura Path and Nordic Lights.
Players can now race their NFT horses in hippodromes of all possible surfaces and the majority of the race track lengths have been unlocked so far too. We are already working on a few more hippodromes and cannot wait to share more details with you!
The DeRace team is committed to building no matter what in the upcoming years and we look forward to bringing the never-before-seen advancements into our ecosystem!
🚀 Growing exponentially
Since the beginning of 2022, the DeRace community has just exploded!
We currently have almost 55.000 registered players on derace.com, run over 110.000 races throughout 2022 and around 1.500 Gen1 horses bred so far. We have organized a huge number of races sponsored by our partners that our community has been actively participating in.
Our community themselves are organizing various racing events and other thrilling competitions such as DERCArmy Teams Cup & Unraced Gen1 tournaments or DeRacers’ Sprints Cup which are highly anticipated by our players and provide additional incentives to participate. The upcoming tournament feature & amazing rewards are going to motivate more players to join the races.
Number of brand new features are coming to the DeRace ecosystem very shortly which will expedite the growth of our player base and speed up the mass adoption even more!
🤝 Number of valuable partnerships established
DeRace is always on the lookout for amazing projects to collaborate with! During 2022 we have established a number of wonderful partnerships which helped the growth of our project.
This year we have teamed up with market leaders such as Multichain, Crypto.com NFT, XCAD, Baby Doge, Binance Custody and others. Our native token $DERC also got listed on MEXC Global, Kucoin and Changelly which made $DERC even more accessible to the mass public.
